This notice describes release build 5 of Common Time Metronome.
Preferences stay on your device
The app stores local preferences for appearance, count-in, click voice and balance, remembered meter groupings, and dismissed tips. There is no account or sign-in.
Purchases and data use
RevenueCat processes purchase history only to provide App Functionality: checking the Pro entitlement and restoring purchases. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your identity for the App Store privacy disclosure. The app has no advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Tuner microphone audio
When you open the tuner, microphone audio is processed live on the device to estimate pitch. It is not recorded, stored, uploaded, or used for advertising or tracking. Microphone access is requested only when the tuner is opened.
Background audio
Background audio lets the metronome continue its click while you practice with the app in the background. It is used for the metronome and is not a data-collection feature.

We also count clicks on App Store links and estimate daily unique clickers using a hash that changes each day. We store the date, button location, count, and hash in WordPress, not the raw IP address or browser details. This estimate does not identify individual people or measure App Store downloads.
